Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents

Adults and adolescents often have mental health issues (depression, anxiety, problems in relationships and at work) because of underlying and unaddressed emotional conflicts, maladaptive defenses and unresolved traumas/childhood relationships.  Dr. Dring works with patients to understand and resolve emotional issues through in-depth treatment.  One of the goals of treatment is to provide long-term resolution of emotional and relationship issues, that leads to more gratification in patient’s lives, greater and more stable self-esteem, and more sustained meaningful relationships.  Dr. Dring helps patients examine unidentified and unconscious motives and reasons for frustrating and maladaptive behavior patterns.
